6602 - Why For Sale "By Owner"?

Our hope is that both us, the Seller, AND you, the Buyer, have a "win-win" deal this way.

Selling by owner cuts out ALL the commissions paid to the selling and buying realtor. We will NOT be using a realtor if you bring yours to assist, so please let them know we are NOT doing this sale with any realtor (buyer and seller). You'll be able to save money to spend on the house or a nice vacation!

Savings

By NOT using any realtor services, we both will save a significant amount of money in commissions paid to said realtors. Cha Ching! Money that both YOU and WE can use for other things!

No Pressure

We will be as low-key as possible. Once we get an offer, we'll work hard to get the closing done as quickly as possible.

Experience

We have sold several properties by Owner, so this is not our first rodeo. We'll choose an experienced and well known closing company to handle all the details once we get an offer.
